Efficient training, done right
Calabasas Fit is a group circuit training studio built on Metabolic Resistance Training. Our classes pair strength work with conditioning so you get more done in less time — and actually look forward to coming back.
Every session is led by a coach who knows your name and your goals. Beginners are welcome; movements scale to meet you where you are. The result is a room full of people getting stronger together, right here on Ventura Blvd.

Meet your coaches

Ben Hawkins
Head Trainer / Operator
A lifelong athlete, Ben grew up playing soccer, basketball, and baseball — encouraged by his father, a former NFL player, to build a complete athletic base before focusing on football. He went on to four high-school state football championships, Moravian College, and several NFL tryouts, and brings that movement expertise to every class.

Matt Rolph
Trainer / Operator
Matt moved to California from Indiana in 2003 and has always been into basketball, working out, and fitness. He started as a personal trainer in big-box gyms before opening his first studio, Group Interval Training, in 2010 — running thousands of workouts along the way. Outside the gym, he stays busy keeping up with his teenage son.

Maxwell Corrodi
Trainer
A certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 13 years, Maxwell brings a background across MMA, boxing, kickboxing, soccer, and track. His motto says it all: "invest in you" and "inspire others."
